Bliss VSC began when Head Chef Bridget Cherry's infamous Collard Green Recipe spread like wild fire throughout the office of her corporate job. Requests started pouring in for potlucks and soon after co-workers wanted her to make this recipe for their families for holidays and special events. The Collard Greens were such a hit that other recipes were requested and in 2009, Bliss Venue Styling and Catering was born!
Chef BC teamed up with her daughter, Pastry Chef Brittaney Moore and they began catering and venue styling while traveling nationally to offer these services. After both Chef BC and Chef Brittaney graduated from Le Cordon Bleu for Culinary and Patisserie, they began operating full time with Chef Brittaney as the Head Patissier.
